Annual Picnic
The Annual Picnic is a long-established institution at A n M. This is a yearly meeting of all A n M employees and their families to have fun and enjoyment together as one big A n M family.
 
Performance Evaluation
As per company's policy, there is a regular and on going performance evaluation of each and every individual which is based on the individual's job descriptions and feedbacks from their respective Head of Departments. The profit distribution is based on this evaluation.

Annual General Meeting & Periodic Staff Meeting
