Dubai Scrap Trading was formed in June 2005, in Sharjah U.A.E, recognizing the growing need to create secondary raw materials via recycling. A ISO 9001 and 14001 certified division of AnM Group, Dubai Scrap Trading handles import, processing and export of non-ferrous metal scrap to Asia, the Indian Subcontinent, the Far East, Europe and Africa.

With an area of more than 75,000 sq ft, this processing facility is supported by state-of-the-art technology and highly-sophisticated, fully-automated machines, computerized weighing systems, modern technology and experienced supervisors. It annually handles over 25,000 Mt of all types of scrap, mainly Aluminum, Brass, Copper, Lead and Stainless Steel.

The company undertakes local and import procurement of non-ferrous metal scrap, sorting, cleaning and processing, packing and bundling to be further shipped to worldwide destinations with highly efficiently managed logistics and vigilant quality checks.

DST comprises of three zones for efficient execution:
Offloading/ Receiving Zone: The import containers,local pickups and trailers are weighed on a computerized 100 MT weighbridge and moved for de-stuffing. Heavy machines like shovels and forklifts are used to off load these containers. The offloaded scrap is then moved to the Processing zone mechanically.
Processing Zone: The material is segregated, graded as per various qualities, both manually as well as mechanically, packed (briquettes, bales, pallets and forkliftable) as per the buyers' requirement and then sent to the Export Zone.
Export Zone: The material is thoroughly checked and verified before loading. It goes through various quality checks by our experienced quality control team and is also inspected by an inspection agency,after which it is loaded in the export containers.
