• Strengthening the establishment of A n
M Interiors by having our own manufacturing of furniture and fixtures.
• Working on real estate
under A n M group umbrella.
• With any extra funds,
the group will look for any opportunities outside the metal scrap trade,
aiming better profitability for the entire group.
• Strengthening existing
trade network by placing our representatives in remote locations such as
Qatar, Pakistan and Tunisia.
• Towards the end of 2008, one or two persons will be
appointed in these locations. H.R. will work out a training program for the short listed
candidates.

• Focus on
ISO 18001 certification.
• After reviewing the performance of 1st six months of A
n M Ferrous division, a separate yard for this division
will be worked upon.
• With this new set up it is
anticipated that the top management would have more time to focus on the
expansion of the dream project, the smelting unit.
This could be achieved by means of acquisition or by
expansion of the established set up for lead smelting.
We plan to move forward and expand vertically by
offering more products and expand horizontally by adding different and new metals to the portfolio.
