Tracking is a unique feature being incorporated in our site, especially for our associates' convenience. This will allow them to access details of their contracts with us at the click of a button. Consider it an at-your-doorstep-delivery from us! When you believe that time is the essence of any business, you realize the value of quick and prompt service. That is what we are trying to achieve with this facility.

Through this tracking system, one can check the status of a contract sitting at their desktops, even in the convenience of their homes! With the global expansion of business and regional time difference being a factor in the way, we are trying to overcome this hurdle through our tracking system. Since information is the key to success, we wish for our associates to be well-informed of their deals with us.

This tracking system will have all relevant information of any deal at any given point of time and the current status of the same. This would include full contractual details, shipment details like container under planning, under loading, weight, if loaded, expected sailing details, vessel name, destination arrival, etc. Besides the status, also available will be copies of various documents – contracts, pre-shipment & shipment advises, copy documents, etc. These details being the most required, which are given mainly by e-mail/fax or phone, will now be available online, 24 hours! This prevents the delays.

Caused by the difference in different time zones or weekend gaps, avoiding not only miscommunication, but delay of information transmission as well.
